ezBids may support automated workflows, evaluation tools, audit trails, scoring, notifications, and digital records. However, the final procurement decision remains the responsibility of the relevant buyer or authorized decision-maker.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain services on ezBids may require subscription fees, transaction fees, service charges, listing fees, participation fees, or other paid services.
All applicable fees will be displayed, agreed upon, or communicated before payment, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, invoice, quotation, service order, or commercial proposal.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including MEPS or other approved payment gateways. MEPS is a licensed payment company in Jordan according to its published website information.
ezBids does not store full payment card details on its platform. Card and payment processing are handled by the relevant payment service provider according to its own security and compliance procedures.
6. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the displayed offer, invoice, or agreement. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, governmental fees, or charges related to their use of the services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

3. Cancellation Before Activation

4. Cancellation After Activation
If the service has already been activated, used, or made available to the user, cancellation will apply to future billing periods only, unless otherwise approved by ezBids in writing.
5. Auto-Renewal
